A Stroke or neurological injury is a life-changing event.

Rehabilitation after a Stroke is often limited. Resources are often stretched or time-limited meaning you get enough rehabilitation to get you home, but there is a lack of opportunity to make further progress and gain further independence.

Every Stroke survivor is individual. We will work with you to train and adapt as necessary to get you as independent as possible. We can work with you in your home or in a local personal training space depending on your need. Please contact us for more information or to discuss your requirements.
